You asked and we listened. FOCF racing returns to Capitol Forest with the Poker Run! We know, we know, it's not the Classic. We're working on that. In the meantime, here's what you can expect from the Poker Run this year:
Cards are located at five spots across the forest (see map below).
Cards are individually sealed in envelopes, marked with the location.
Each rider can take one card from each stop, but a full hand isn’t necessary to compete. All hands turned in by 2:30 will be counted.
Best hand wins, worst hand gets second.
Tie breaker swill be rock paper scissors, or mutually agreed upon feats of strength.
Each rider can collect one card (just one!) from each station.
Don’t open the envelopes! Only cards in sealed envelopes will be counted.
Prizes and medals for the best and worst hands!
The poker run will run from 10:00 AM til 2:30 PM. Go at your own pace. Have fun. Make friends.

This year, we've reached out to Nineveh and they will be providing the grub for the event. Food will be $10 a plate for members, $15 for non-members. Please bring cash! Lunch will be served at 12:30.
This year, we're going to have a slow race, a limbo, and a log pull. Games are free, prizes will be awarded for winners!
